The Little Way

In a culture of "go big or go home," "grow or go," and "expand, expand, expand," is there room for those who are quieter about their faith? Is there space for the introvert, the shy, and the small?

Saint Thérèse of Lisieux certainly thought so…

I had the opportunity to study The Little Way with people who, much like this young saint, felt left out and disconnected from what God seemed to be doing on the world stage. Through her small, beautiful, and often poignant approach, Saint Thérèse found her place of value in the Kingdom of God, and her example offers hope to those who feel similarly overlooked.

If you’ve ever struggled with feelings of inadequacy, I hope you find comfort and encouragement in this study of The Little Way.

It’s Okay to be boring. You can still be in Love.

I understood that Love comprised all vocations, that Love was everything, that it embraced all times and places… in a word, that it was eternal.

Then, in the excess of my delirious joy, I cried out: O Jesus, my Love… my vocation, at last I have found it… my vocation is Love!
